The service is minimal at best. I've been in the Drive-Thru ordering a burrito specifically ask the Barista if they have Sriracha they say they do I say okay I'll take the burrito. I pull forward to the window I pay for my order and I ask again is there sriracha in my bag I'm assured yes there is sriracha in your bag okay thank you. I go home. No Sriracha in my bag.

Waiting over 20 minutes for our in-house order, a mobile order was having the same issue. They are busy, but have six wait staff. We let the staff know several times and were blown off. We were not asked if we wanted or given a receipt. The checkout girl did not ask our name either … we had to tell her and she didn’t write it down. We had paid cash.
