Steven, you are the best. I came in feeling frustrated and confused and you took the time to listen to me, actually hear me, and help. You are my new favourite Barista and this is my new favourite store. It goes a long way to be heard, even more so when the person's attitude was so perfectly balanced with professionalism and friendliness. I cannot thank you enough.
