I get coffee from this location almost daily... over the past month or so someone has been writing/drawing on my cup everyday. From pepa pig, to sweet messages, and today was a song litle and artist.
These little messages have been the highlight of my day and i truly appreciate the extra 20seconds they take to make it unique.
So thank you to whoever you are

Service: Girl at register immediately responded she couldn’t make one of your advertised drinks hot, that they could only make it old and asked if I wanted a “Latte” instead. I told her I had just gotten that same exact drink hot at two other Starbucks with no issues. She replied they normally don’t make it hot but she would still make it. Something to do with the “ice”. No reason to go back and forth, no willingness to help and or satisfy your customer. The guy making the drinks was slammed with DoorDash orders, it took me almost 15 minutes to get my drink and there were only about 2 other people present in store waiting for drinks as drivers kept showing up to pick up orders.

No outlets
The ladies always have a smile and a welcome as I come through the door. The coffee is excellent and I don't think I've once had to overly wait. Restrooms are clean and stocked. Outside seating as well as dine-in.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, I've seen kids there but not really all that designed for all-out play.
Wheelchair accessibility: This I'm not sure about.

Please do something about all those doordash drivers parking in all the spots right outside the store! They are not letting customer park close anymore!

Refreshing cold, strawberry, raspberry ice cube cold lemonade on a hot Summer day in Santa Rosa. The perfect place to have a cold drink after indoor soccer. My family loves this Starbucks, close for shopping at Safeway and Panda.

I have gone to this place three times and everytime they give me my drink full of foam and with a huge empty space. I don’t ask for light ice so I don’t understand the extra space she leaves out every time.

Baristas fantastic, music not invasive, no outlets though! Anti rent-free people? Starbucks usually rent free people friendly in many ways, but when certain ones dont have outlets it seems anti homeless classist/racist?

The batista was very nice and attentive.
Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich, the spinach feta wrap, and the tomato/basil sandwich.
