WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had order online and went to Starbucks I waiting about 30-60 MINUTES I tried correcting the manager MULTIPLE TIMES and she said that that was what I ordered and I literally showed her my receipt and she said that I had order the green drink and when I tried correcting her she yelled "WHAT!" because I don't speak very good English I then asked for her name and refused to give it to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING HERE ANYMORE BAD SERVICE, ATTITUDE AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME.

She made a big deal because I couldn't properly pronounce something and yelled "WHAT" when I tried explaining myself.1/5 Needs to be fired ASAP

I usually don't bother to review fast food/ chain stores because who cares tbh, if you need caffeine you're hitting the nearest Starbies just to stay alive, but I gotta call out the chick who was being hella mean to her coworker and just so unprofessional that I left thinking wtf just happened. Maybe y'all are just meaner in the north bay, but every workplace harassment training I've ever done has me wondering how y'all aren't getting sued for a hostile work environment. I asked this girl (black hair, arm tats, on the bigger side) how her day was just to be polite and she went off about how some other girl working there was 'ruining her and her supervisor's lives' and that the girl was 'low key a b!tch'. I'm guessing the girl she was talking about was the one a few feet away who looked v upset and it all felt supremely gross. There was another chick with red hair who seemed to think it was pretty fking funny so maybe she's the supervisor, or maybe she's just rude af too, who knows. Leaving this review here bc working in foodservice sucks enough and I'm not down with people who are just out to make things worse. You're not special tattoo girl, don't use me pretending to care about your life to bully someone else because all you did was make yourself look pretty pathetic. If the supervisor is in on this kind of bs too then I hope sad girl has an HR rep or DM who can help. Literally just don't suck y'all, it's not that hard.

(I originally posted this on the other stony point location by accident so this occurred 4 days ago, not today)I want to preface this review by saying that I have been going to the Stony Point Starbucks for many years and the majority of the employees are great and helpful. That said, I don't think I can continue coming to this location after the behavior I've witnessed recently. There is a woman at this location, who I assume to be the manager or at least some kind of supervisor based on the disrespectful and condescending way she treats the other employees (yesterday she denied an employee a bathroom break because she didn't want to cover her even though she was standing around doing nothing for the entire time it took me to order and wait for my drink, and have heard her make condescending comments about and to employees on several occasions), she has curly reddish hair, tattoos, I'm not sure of her name but I think it might be ana? That aside, what I saw today was really too much. While waiting for my order a woman walked by me to throw away her trash, and this manager/supervisor whatever she is proceeded to straight up harass this woman about using the wrong trash can. She was so disgustingly condescending and actually laughed in the customer's face when she requested not to be spoken down to like a child. I can't in good conscience support a store that allows their employees and customers to be treated so disrespectfully. I hope the customer who was yelled at is able to get in touch with a district manager because clearly whoever is in charge at this store doesn't value their employees or customers enough to deal with this problematic employee, so I will be choosing not to support this location going forward. I wish all the other great employees the best and sincerely hope for their sake that someone cares enough to listen.

Pay very close attention to your bill here. They will rip you off. I have bought the very same coffee at Starbucks for over 20 years. This morning this location tried to charge me 70 cents for extra cream... Really??? No other Starbucks charges this... True, 70 cents is nothing... But it's all about the principle here... I'm not paying 70 cents for extra cream...
