WRITING THIS BASED ON ONE EXPERIENCE. I WAS HELPED BY A GIRL NAMED DESTINY, WHO IS NOW MY BESTIE FOREVER. THIS GIRL IS THE ABSOLUTE NICEST, MOST UPBEAT, AND BESTEST GIRL TO EVER WORK AT A STARBUCKS. MY BANK IS RUN BY MONKEYS IN SUITS AND THEY SAID I WENT OVER MY DAILY LIMIT EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T, AND MY CARD GOT DECLINED (?) DESTINY SAID SHE'D COVER THE CHARGE FOR ME! There are 0 (that's none) electrical outlets to plug in a laptop. I asked and said they had to get rid of them and apologized. It doesn't make any sense if they actually want people to stay.

Horrible coffee and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I ordered a Venti iced Oatmilk shaken espresso with extra shots and 1 extra pump of cinnamon dulce syrup and instead they substituted all pumps with cinnamon dulce. I brought the coffee back in to be remade and somehow they made it wrong again…. Doesn’t even taste like there is coffee in it. Gross.
