Highly disappointed, my boyfriend and I visit Santa Rosa weekly and we've been looking for a place to get shakes when we visit. Upon coming in we felt ostracized and unwelcome. No one likes a cold greeting and to be stared at especially by employees. I'm saddened because whom ever was working was super friendly to someone who I presumed to be a regular. While I understand not being treated the same as a regular but would've wished for a better experience. We felt uncomfortable, awkward and unwelcome so we left. We would've loved to find a new place to frequent, unfortunately it's not here.
