Taylor Lane is one of my all time favorite coffee shops, I even got my boyfriend hooked on their vanilla lattes! We were excited when the SR location opened up so we wouldn't have to go to Sevastopol every time we wanted one of their signature coffees. I am so disappointed in this location, their lattes are awful - Luke warm, not frothy, not sweetened (and I don't like a lot of syrup in my coffee), it's rather watery even. This location is nothing like the Sebastopol location or even the Petaluma location! Every time I have been here I'm reminded how I should not come here. Also, they refuse to heat up these pastries sometimes which the other locations willingly do? It's the same item, with the same kitchen set up so it's confusing as to why they can't heat the items up.. would love for this location to improve but for now I refuse to go here.

I have to downgrade my review unfortunately. I came back and ordered a pour over and an avocado toast this time. The coffee was great. However, the avocado toast had a bitter, acrid flavor that made the whole thing unpleasant to eat. First I thought it was the sprouts, so I took them off. Nope, it was the avocado itself. My wife also remarked how overly salty she found her toast. In comparison to Acre, Taylor Lane's avocado toast gets no recommendation from me any longer.

Stopped by closer to the lunch time and there were two couples in front of me. The line moved quite fast though and the person taking order was very friendly. I ordered an advertised Lavender Latte and the Avocado toast. The wait time for them to be made was good. The Lavender Latte is quite unusual. Haven't had such a latte anywhere else. Especially appreciate the ratio with the milk, and that it was not overly sweet (unlike the SB store in the same mall). The avocado toast was made with crunchy toast, plenty of avocado spread on it, and fresh sprouts. I would say that both items beat my expectations. Just need a quiet and cozy place to enjoy the food and catch up on my reading.

Great coffee at a convenient location! There are not too many quality coffee choices if you work in or around Coddingtown and so I am so happy to report that Taylor Lane is fantastic! I had the lavender latte which was sweet with just the essence of lavender. The espresso was delicious and not too bitter. I had the avocado toast (to go) and it was packed up and perfectly portable for breakfast at my desk! Thank you Taylor Lane! I can't wait to come back for my next caffeine fix.

I've always liked Taylor Maid coffee. The problem was that there weren't many locations to buy it. So Taylor Lane Organic opened inside of Whole Foods has to be considered a good thing. Their coffee is great tasting and very smooth. They have all the coffee drinks available hot and cold. They also have pastries and a couple of sandwich items. It's not a full blown store. More of a stand/counter inside of the market. My only complaint is that you have to go inside of Whole Foods to get to Taylor Lane. I'm not a big Whole Foods shopper. Oh well. At least there's one more place to get good coffee in town.

Excellent! Tried a decaf mocha and the avocado toast with the sprouts on it. Being that the place is new and I was in fairly early, there was no line to speak of. The toast came out quick. The mocha had a lot of great flavor! Definitely an excellent espresso base. I liked the somewhat unconventional malty flavor of the chocolate. The avocado toast was fantastic. The sprouts had a bit of a vinaigrette which took the whole thing up a notch. Super tasty. Hopefully this location does well considering the location in Coddingtown and inside Whole Foods.

Wow, now I can drink gourmet coffee while shopping for groceries! So glad to have Taylor Lane Coffee close by in Santa Rosa. As much as I love their shop in Sebastopol, the new Coddingtown location is super convenient. I ordered a soy lavender latte and it was delightful! My drink was sweet, but not overpowering and the lavender flavor paired nicely with the soy milk. I only wish it had been served a tad hotter (but that's just my preference!). The avocado toast was a nice breakfast treat. The bread was delicious, the avocado was fresh, and the citrus flavor and microgreens were nice touches. I feel like the price was a little steep at $6, but that seems pretty typical for avocado toast these days. I'll probably just buy a loaf of bread and a few avocados at Whole Foods instead. :P Overall, such a nice addition to Coddingtown! Thanks for making stellar coffee!

I'm so happy that there is a second location to support my Taylor coffee addiction. I always get the Lavender Latte. It's so good. Perfect balance of sweet and a little tart. I totally recommend it if you are a lover of lavender and even if you are not honestly. Super excited that now avocado toast aka the best food ever is now an option. Whatever the drizzle that put on it is I need it in my life. So Tasty.

So happy Taylor Lane opened a new spot just down the street from me! I would frequent the Sebastopol location, but it was so out of the way. The new location is inside the Coddingtown Whole Foods, just to the left of the produce section when walking through the front doors. It a small little work space, but a good menu. Espresso drinks for your caffeine needs, some juices, baked goods on the counter and a small food menu with a variety of toasts, i.e the avocado toast which is pictured. I ordered my usual soy dirty chai and wanted to try to avocado toast, both perfect and delicious as usual. You bet I'll be back (:

I visited Taylor Lane a couple of days ago. It was my first ever experience with avocado toast. I now understand the craze! I've been obsessing over it ever since. It was so delicious, words just can't describe! I also had the lavender latte. Unfortunately, my coffee order was made incorrectly. I'd asked for soy at a lower temp (kid temp) and received almond at regular. Luckily they fixed it up for me right away. It was super yum! Can't wait to go back for more!

So excited for this new spot! The Lavender Latte is life changing! A very friendly staff and a super cute set up right by the front entrance of Whole Foods so you can run in for coffee and not have to fight the narrow aisles. The avocado toast was perfect.

Stopped in today with a Yelp Party Pass for a morning treat. When I first walked into the Whole Foods store, I completely missed seeing the location of the coffee bar. It's not marked too well. By the time I toured the entire store and made my way back to where I started, there it was relocated next to the front door! I ordered the avocado toast which is served on a Red Bird Bakery thick slice of yummy wheat bread. The avocado spread was lemony and bright, topped with sesame seeds and sprouts. It was quite good. I ordered an Americano coffee drink, and there was really too much water mixed with the shot of espresso. The two gals that were serving were both very friendly and quick. It's a nice set up and they also have Red Bird pastries too! I really love this Whole Foods store and Taylor Lane is a great addition!

So glad I tried this place Out! Pretty cool location just walk into Whole-foods and it is right inside as you walk in to the left. Pretty much the best avocado toast I ever had! It was perfect I with micro greens and I think I could taste lemon . So good and paired well with my latte! Friendly and fast service , clean and easy in and out! I was amazed. I highly recommend trying this place out.

I was so excited when I found out that they were opening a Taylor Lane closer to me and in the Coddington Wholefoods. Really lovely staff and nice set up next to the entrance. I arrived this morning and had a hard time deciding which iced drink to go with. Found out that the Golden Milk latte had no caffeine. I definitely needed my fix. I went with an iced Matcha Latte with almond milk and ordered an Avocado Toast. Next time I'll try the Salted Caramel latte! So I've always been a fan of Matcha, been all over trying any I can get my hands on. This one was creamy and had a great matcha flavor, but had I known it was going to be unsweetened, I would've totally asked to lightly sweeten it. The avo toast or I should say guac toast was phenomenal. All buttery and rich. That zesty lemon zing from the guacamole paired deliciously atop the soft rustic bread. They are very generous with the avocado. So happy! Overall they delivered an amazing meal I enjoyed in my car on my way to class.
