Conchas are delicious.
This is by far my most favorite go to place I love their coffee and the wolf blend they use, the young lady that served me earlier in the morning was so sweet even though there was alot of people she seemed hard working and her hospitality was amazing even though the lady’s behind me were being disrespectful with comments and acting entitled she seemed unbothered multitasking and making the sandwiches and coffee’s at the same time. She was offering samples of their 4 leches cajeta cake and I was sold on it, so delicious I recommend this cake. Thank you a lot Tia Maria! Will be coming back with my grandkids.

Fresh baked pan dulce that tastes like it came straight from a family kitchen. The pastries are soft, not overly sweet, and full of flavor. The staff is kind and the display is always tempting. Perfect for a weekend treat or bringing something home for everyone.

Such a great addition to Santa Rosa. The pastries and sandwiches are fantastic. The person who helped us was extremely nice too! I have been here twice now and will for sure keep going back 🙂

Horrible service, bad attitude, & the worst part you try and make it seem like you’re a Mexican establishment but don’t speak Spanish.

Really bad experience, horrible customer service, the personal takes forever to make an order..
Everyone was right. This Horchata latte is fire! i especially like that they have easy free parking, couches with outlets, bathroom, delicious samples of their baked goods, friendly and hospitable staff. The vibe is just exactly what I’m looking for in a cafe where I feel I can stay a while to chat or get work done.
BONUS: Def read the CHISME! and leave us some to read later too!

This is a very cute coffee shop/ bakery on Sebastopol Rd. They had plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. The decor was lovely, colorful, vibrant! Inside or outside you'll find great backdrops for pictures to post. Service was friendly, but slow. The menu is very limited. Just a few pre made sandwiches for lunch. There are more options for breakfast. They have some specialty coffee drinks like Mazapan Latte (yum!), Horchata latte and a 4 leches latte. The cakes and tarts looked beautiful and delicious. I'll have to come back to try those!

I love coming here for pan dulce, pastries, and their delicious coffee. The service has usually been very kind and welcoming. Recently, though, my mom had a negative experience. When she spoke Spanish, a staff member replied, “I don’t speak Spanish,” with attitude. It’s fine not to know Spanish, but given the bakery’s Spanish name, website, and cultural focus (Mexican bakery), it’s natural for customers to expect some accommodation. No one expects staff to learn the language, but there’s no need to be rude—customer service should feel welcoming no matter what language someone speaks. I truly enjoy this bakery, and I’d love to keep supporting it, so I hope this was a one-time bad experience.

This shop is adorable! One of the best conchas I have had, and all the cakes look delicious too! Definitely recommend checking this spot out and supporting cool local spots.

I had ordered a cake ahead of time and was not disappointed. We had the cuatro leches cake with strawberries it was absolutely divine! Moist, rich, and bursting with flavor. We were warmly welcomed by Abby, who was kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. We ended up buying a good assortment of their pastry selection. Fantastic service and incredible desserts, we’ll definitely be back.

I stopped by this Mexican bakery and café around 5:30 PM—they close at 6—and was hoping to grab a sweet treat and a cafecito. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the coffee bar was already closed, even though the shop was still open. It would’ve been nice to enjoy a warm drink with my pastry, so that was a bit of a letdown.
On the bright side, parking is easy and convenient—there’s a pebble lot right next to the building, as well as ample street parking. The atmosphere inside is lovely, with music playing and amazing smells wafting from the bakery area. It’s definitely a cozy spot, and I noticed they offer free WiFi, which would make it a nice place to do some computer work or unwind with a pastry earlier in the day.
I ended up picking out an éclair ($7.50). The price felt a little steep, but I have to say the quality was impressive. The chocolate ganache on top was silky smooth, rich, and not grainy—a clear sign it was made well. The crème pâtissière filling had a pleasant vanilla flavor, and the texture was spot-on: stable, smooth, and not separated.
The choux pastry itself had a nice texture on top, though the bottom was a bit soggy, which may be understandable given the time of day. Traditionally, éclairs are filled by piping crème through holes, but I’ve noticed more bakeries—like this one—are now splitting them open to allow for more generous fillings, which I didn’t mind at all.
Overall, despite the coffee bar being closed, this bakery is charming and clearly focused on quality. I’d definitely return—just earlier in the day—to enjoy the full experience with coffee and maybe try a few more pastries.
