Amazing tea, AMAZING customer service. The young lady that works there named Kianna is just about the nicest person I've met. She is so sweet and keeps me coming back to Ume over any other boba place. The custard is so good and everything is the perfect sweetness. It has the best collabs and the cutest pink vibes too.

UMe Tea & Snack is a new and popular bubble tea shop located in the Santa Rosa Plaza. It is a cute tea shop with a pink bunny theme, offering a large selection of delicious drinks. Popular specific drinks include the Mango Coconut Twilight, Coco Mango, and the Uji Strawberry Matcha Latte. Customers praise the amazing and delicious drinks, noting the use of fresh, pleasant ingredients and a good balance of sweetness. The boba chew matches high-quality expectations.
