Started off with a warm welcome upon walking into the restaurant, continued with friendly and knowledgeable service staff, and the food was delicious (huge portions)! The restaurant was almost full and the team was efficient, which included the kitchen staff who got the food out quick. We love this place!

The food was good but always too much! I appreciate the fact they are willing to deviate from the menu for the sauces. Wish I'd known that the first time I came there.

Our server, although seemingly to do her best, fell short. I didn't notice until reaching home after a 2 hour drive in the rain, that I was charged for the bowl of minestrone that my sister ordered but did not get, even after reminding the server she hadn't served it. Server was told it was okay to take it off the bill since we were well into our entrees before she was returned to check on us. Apparently didn't occur to her to address the shortcoming, but rather expected us to ask about it? We had also asked for a replacement folk, which did not arrive (she had taken it away with the bread plate). Attention to our table was a bit slow. We realized that the restaurant was very busy, so we paid and just wanted to get on the road. As a small business owner, I would want to know if my staff fell short.

We had a 6:45 reservation and were seated right away but no server or anyone acknowledged us for 40 minutes. It was Christmas eve so we did not really have an option to leave. Once our sever came to our table everything was great. The food was very good and we had a nice dinner for our son's birthday. The restaurant was very busy and the staff were all working very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Ashley was awesome and the food is spot on. I felt like I was eating food from Italy The baked Brie and garlic is amazing. Meatballs are fantastic and so is the pasta. A true gem

Sorry but I can't keep this short! The best thing was we got to set next to the fireplace, that was nice! First time we were ever dissatisfied with this restaurant. Had to ask 2 times just to get water, table next to us were seated 10-15 after us and received water right away and their salad before us. They ran out of the soup we were looking forward to, cocktails were very weak ($12) , never asked how my guy wanted his Prim Rib cooked ( he thought she would ask when she came back with our drinks) so..... his meat was way too pink, I know he should have sent it back but...I am eating it the next day!! I found the meal like hospital food, bland and lacking flavor. Sad for $150 meal, plus tip...

Staff was outstanding for Thanksgiving dinner, highly efficient and friendly. The back of the house and the front were definitely in sync. We sat in the veranda and my only complaint was that area is set up with many tv's which is great set up as a sports bar. But that area is also more open with large windows looking out over the creek area. The main dining room is wonderful and I believe no tv's, very comfortable in there.

The prime rib was excellent; cooked to perfection. The squash soup delicious. The salad fresh as well as the rolls. The pumpkin pie was too spicy with a grainy texture and just a dot of whipped topping. A little noisy, and we expected that. Overall, we loved the prime rib and will visit again.

The beef in the stew was dry. The bartenders and waitress were very unhelpful. Kept me waiting for 15 minites for my first drink at the bar. Don't want a customer standing by the seving station for my 2nd drink? Don't make me waiit 15 minutes for my first drink. Our waitress was lazy and greedy. Our entire meal includi g tax was $390, and yet the tip was rounded to $80. She did very little for the 20% large party tip even forgetting to bring my dad's entree. And don't expect any help with splitting up the amounts from your server - they wouldn't do separate bills. Okay. So will you take more than 1 credit card? Yes, but you can't just tell them who's meal to put on which card , because the waitress wasn't paying close enough attention. We were an extremely low maintenance group. My very sweet and gracious father agrees with my assessment. Waitress is lazy and greedy.

There is such a variety of food choices. Our table enjoyed pizza, chicken parm, and one of my favorites beef stew and creamy polenta.

Chrissy is always such a delight when ever I come here. Her bright smile really lights up the room. Everyone here always has such a positive up beat attitude. It's a refreshing change.

The food is to die for! Their pizza is phenomenal! Did you know you can buy their dough and make your own pizza at home? The beef stew and polenta is devine. It's so hearty and filling. The chicken piccata is light and delicious. I've never had a dissatisfied experience here. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Don't go if you don't love professional sports. Huge video screens face every seat. They are loud. We went in late summer when ripe tomatoes are in every market. Instead, they served pale red slices of tasteless tomatoes fresh off the Sysco truck. It implies they believe that their customers don't know the difference. That is disrespectful of the customers. I prefer to have a meal without a bombardment of loud tv.
