I absolutely love their bowls and smoothies, wish i could come every day but it’s so overpriced and the service is ATROCIOUS. every time, doesn’t matter who’s working, horrible environment. unfortunately i keep coming back for their matcha madness lol.

There is no excuse for how long I was forced to wait at this place. I'm a doordash delivery driver and I had already picked up a delivery from the Safeway down the street before coming here and I got worried over and over again about oh no if they keep taking so long will some of the groceries I was supposed to deliver to somebody else go bad. I shouldn't have to worry about that especially if the order I am picking up from Michael right here at vitality bowls was just one item. It was supposed to be ready around 1:08 p.m. and they made me wait nearly 20 minutes later for it to come out. Doordash actually sent me a third order from the nearby bag o crab and I got notified on the Dasher app that the other order for Roxana from bag o crab was ready even though that was the one I was supposed to pick up last so this was their last chance before I decided I would just give up on this order. I went to bag o crab and picked up the completed order that I was actually supposed to pick up last then I came back to vitality bowls and if they weren't ready I was just going to leave.
It was finally ready when I returned but I got to be honest I don't understand how it took them this long. Four or five other people came in after me two of which were other dashers and got their orders first. It's not fair. These other people were picking up multiple items and I literally had to just pick up one bowl. I don't understand why that was so difficult for them. In my honest opinion I actually think that somehow they just completely forgot I was even there. Either that or they completely forgot about the order from Michael entirely. How many times do I have to tell them that I'm waiting to pick up his order?

None of the menu has organic ingredients in the way you can tell they're cheap and taste worse than normal store fruits/vegetables/granola. Sometimes the smoothies are watered down and often the ingredients are old and rotted, brown than how the smoothies are supposed to be a fresh and healthy color. They are highly overpriced for the amount and quality. Even the avocado toast gets served half-blackened. When it isn't, they're still stale and hurt my stomach and smell like ammonia. From this shop I was able to realize Acaí and guarana disagree with me, so I sometimes just get the Go Green smoothie because of the mint and dates and assume it probably is good for me but I can't taste it.

Friendly staff. No problem modifying orders. I particularly like this place because it's healthy food and they don't use unhealthy seed oils, so all the salad dressings use olive oil.

I think this place has way too many critical reviews. Everytime I've gone, they've gotten my order right, there's rarely a wait, and the cashiers are always friendly. They also have pretty good perks if you sign up for their rewards system.

Came here for the first time. My smoothie was fine, my friend’s was awful. It had essentially no flavor, like puddle water and banana. We are not people who return food, even when it’s wrong, but this smoothie was $10.00 and is not edible. She asked if they could please make her something else but was told it was “made to recipe” and therefore would not be remade. In theory, there was strawberry, açaí, banana, pineapple, coconut milk, mango and peach juice in this smoothie. It should have had flavor. Very disappointing and not worth the money. And she did not drink the smoothie.
This place is a gem! I tried their chimichurri steak wrap and I'm so hooked! Everything in it is well balanced from garlic aoili to the steak it's so delicious!!

The lady thrown my change on me and gave me an atitude ! Such bad service . And the product is mid . Lame ! Plus she was racist to me saying she don’t speak English .

Horrible experience with some heavy set lady with glasses. I love this place but had a bad experience with this person. I had made an order and it came out wrong, when I asked for her to re make it, she gave me an attitude and said she couldn't fix my order. So disappointed 😞. Then I came in to re order and had to pay for it again, only to get it wrong again. Frustrating 🤬
