I had the "smaller" cut of prime rib, which was one of the specials offered. The cut was generous and cooked to perfection. My wife had the fillet, which is always good. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. While somewhat on the pricey side, the food and service won't dissapoint.

First time visit. Can't really describe how much everyone in the party LOVED their dinners. Service provided by Carlos was excellent! Front end staff was very pleasant with greeting us and quick seating. We will be back!

Service was excellent. We were seated very promptly, they brought bread and butter and beverage's. 15 minutes after taking our order, our food was served. The BEST Prime Rib we have ever had. Also the waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and including sauces, substitutions, and the way the food was cooked.

Joined by my dad and sister. Have been wanting to go for a whole year and finally made it and it was worth the wait. Everything was delicious & we're even going to order some of the bread for our Christmas dinner it was just that lovely! We will be back!

We had our seating at 5:00 because we were driving back to LA. If t was much quieter than had we dined later. The food was delicious as usual and we ordered the mud pie which beyond delicious. The meals and service here never is a disappointment.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Brothers! Everything was wonderful. They bought us a dessert for the celebration! Love the food.... I had the filet and my husband had filet mignon steak tacos! Sooooooooo good also do not forget to try the chicken salad starter!

We hadn't been here since pre-covid, so we were wondering how they'd survived and evolved. Pleased to say they were BETTER than before covid! EVERYTHING was top notch, from the cocktails, service, and all of the food! My whiskey sour and my girlfriend's greyhound cocktails (both up) were both awesome, and made with high quality mixers. I had the french onion soup appetizer, and it was rich and delicious! My 16 ounce prime rib was expensive at $72, but PERFECT in every way...in temperature, seasoning, and quality of cut. To be honest, I had a bit of sticker shock when I first saw the $72 price point, but they absolutely nailed it, so I can't really complain. They really delivered! My girlfriend had the fried chicken sandwich, and she's a bit of a fried chicken sandwich connoisseur, but she also said that they made it to perfection, and she was very happy with it. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the SYV!

Amazing dinner experience as always, Matt was our server and he was engaging and knowledgeable and paced our dinner perfectly. Started with 2 craft cocktails and the wedge salad. Hubby had the rack of lamb and I had the smaller portion prime rib, both medium rare as chef recommended were mouth watering. Finished off with 2 scoops of homemade ice cream, the vanilla bean and a seasonal cinnamon which was so unique and mmmm!

Highly recommend it. This is a very nice fine dining experience around Solvang. We have been here on several occasions. Has not disappointed us. Will be visiting again on our next Solvang trip in the coming week.

Great, classy (but not stuffy) atmosphere with the most consistently excellent food and attentive, friendly, professional staff. The service is excellent and there's an obvious team working together to make the experience as perfect as possible. I frequent this restaurant and have never once been disappointed.

We ordered the sea scallops which were prepared and cooked perfect. Also ordered the prime rib special which was amazing and a generous portion. The dessert was just ok, nothing special. Our server Marta? was fantastic. Very enjoyable evening.

Really nice place. Service and food preparation excellent. Nice vibe with open kitchen adjacent to main dining room. We had scallops special and salmon. Scallops superb and mushroom soup special outstanding. Nice St. Rita Cab by the glass $20 which may sound a little high for the only by the glass cab on the menu but was really superb. Ample butter I suspect in all prep. Compliments to the brothers

Brothers is known for their prime rib, so I was very disappointed when our server communicated to me that the prime rib available was medium rare or above. Our reservation was at 6:00 PM and normally a rare prime rib would be available. I perused the menu and decided on the salmon, but it was not wild caught, so settled on the rib eye ($75.00) which was served perfectly rare! My tablemate ordered the pork rib chop ($42.00) medium rare and received it well done. He mentioned the error to the server, but she did offer to prepare is correctly! It was my birthday and the dessert that was served gratis was decadent! Although this was not the perfect experience, we will return!

Delicious! Recommend the salmon and the pork chop dishes, reasonably priced bottle of Gainey Chardonnay, choice of salads, and a bread basket with a variety of different types of bread offerings. Very enjoyable!
