Drinks were awesome. I love the coffee ice cubes in my wht mocha. Definately worth trying them out.
On July 9 my husband and I dined at Pony Cocktails + Kitchen and were served by Alex. Our entire experience exceeded expectations (and I had very high expectations having been on your email list for months prior). We actually planned our two day stay in Santa Ynez around this dinner. Breakfast that’s worth the price! Beautiful atmosphere and the yummiest blueberry compote lemon ricotta pancake EVER. The steak and eggs were very very good although the portions were much smaller compared to the pancakes. Overall, a delicious and cute restaurant that I’ll be dreaming about returning to.

Pony Cocktails + Kitchen offers an exceptional dining experience with top notch food, drinks, ambiance, and service. The wait staff is kind, attentive, and incredible every time, providing consistent service. The outdoor atmosphere is perfect for a nice hot day, and the inside looks really pretty too. The food is amazing, unusual and delicious—nothing ordinary. Specific meals include the branzino, which is absolute fire, the mushroom donuts, the hot honey fried cauliflower with the lightest crispiest batter, artichoke risotto, smash burger and fries, and can’t-miss appetizers like the cauliflower and the crab cake. Brunch and espresso drinks are fabulous, and any of Albi’s spins on a classic cocktail deliver at the highest level. The manager is attentive to dietary needs, coming over immediately to point out suitable dishes. This is a meal guests won’t forget, with flavors not encountered anywhere else. Officially the best food and ambiance in the valley right now.
