I spent two nights at the casino hotel with family, where I was the only vegan.
We ate at the restaurant style seating section for both evenings.
You can also order to go using the electronic kiosks.
When we first sat down our waitress asked if anyone had any allergies.
She indicated that menu items which weren't labeled vegan can be changed to accomodate.
The food menus items are labeled vegan, but it's a short list of options.

We drove to Santa Ynez for the Chumash Spa and decided to try the food. We chose the sports bar since there was a basketball game on. The restaurant looks like a food court with many choices except you get a menu and there is table service. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order although the area was far from full and there were plenty of staff members running everywhere.
