A huge thank you to the Chick-fil-A Santee team for truly taking care of their customers—and especially their military customers. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the military discount was sincerely appreciated. It made our return home a truly special and memorable day.

Special thanks as well for the catering service, which was flawless and professionally handled. I want to personally recognize the managers who assisted us—they were attentive, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

“For some reason this is what my son always wants when we have take out dinner. While it’s not my favorite place in the world I will give credit to the staff they are always friendly and welcoming. The food isn’t that bad either. The interior of the restaurant could use some love but I have never been grossed out by the cleanliness of the place. As long as they continue to give me great service and my son want their chicken nuggets I’ll keep coming back“

“I’ve never heard of this place, but it had good review so I decided to check it out. I can say one thing the food mac & cheese is fantastic. The Dave’s hot chicken sandwich sandwiches and the chicken tenders are amazing. The real star of this place are the french fries not sure why but they are amazing. Just one thing you should know I always mobile order and it seems to take forever so if you go in there and order right off the street, expect kind of a longer weight than any fast food place.“

“Food is always on point and the people very friendly. But I wonder how important cleanliness is, it feels that everytime I go, the tables and floor are a mess. I get that a lot are disgusting and don't know how to clean after themselves, but as a restaurant, they should consider cleaning the dinning area. Hope this doesn't come off in a wrong way, but that's an important part in my opinion.“

“The clerk was a nice guy but not keen on the obvious. I ordered a 15 piece wing combo and he asked if that was for here or to go. Who would dine in and eat 15 wings by himself? Chuckled all the way home. Poor guy.“

“I only ordered their seaweed rolls and cheese balls as snacks. I liked the seaweed rolls more and the soy sauce (and vinegar?) dip that came with it but enjoyed the cheese balls too. I couldn’t tell if the batter or the cheese was a tiny bit sweet, but the contrast was enjoyable with the savory seaweed rolls and the salty dip—I imagine it would be just as enjoyable (if not more) with an order of chicken. I ordered take out with Fantuan but will hope to dine in and order chicken next time! The inside is very inviting for hanging out and dining in.“

“These people were great! They accidentally handmade a mistake with our order and came out and gave us compensation in the form of gift card. Apologize for the inconvenience. I wanted a drink refreshed and in true Chick-fil-A fashion seemed to be genuinely friendly people.“

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“

“Stopped by this location at 2nd Street in El cajon one evening for dinner and my order was messed up only to return the next day and receive a complete new dinner and apology by Karen. Make sure and ask for everything you want, including condiments because California has restricted them on giving them out automatically!! Have always loved Kentucky fried Chicken and will continue to love them excellent food, excellent prices, and incredible customer service. The colonel is only one of two fast foods I will consider to eat because it is such high quality and definitely healthier than most fast food. Thank you and we will see you soon!“
