Slow lines, you will be sitting there forever! If you have the chance to go somewhere else, just do it. The food is never good, sloppy service and last time I went I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my daughter, come home only to learn it was still raw! Cheap, fast food but not worth the money.
I ordered a Jack's munchie meal this morning (11/14/23) in between 8:30-9:00AM and while the order was made correctly, the fries were a dissapointment. They were bland, cold and as if they were from yesterday and fried again. They were not edible and hard as a rock, with a small hair attached on a fry. I understand that as a restauranteur you will sometimes need to take shortcuts but quality should never be one of them.

I show up Wednesday morning 2:35 a.m. I wait in the Drive-Thru for about 7 minutes until the person says through the speaker our system is down so we are closed for the moment... But the neon sign says open???. Corporate if you're seeing this review pay a little visit to this Jack in the box and set them straight. You get a zero from me
