I've tried to give this place a chance, but the last 3 times I've been here I've waited over 30 min for one item orders. Staffing issue. Either they need more people or the people they have are not capable. I'm a patient person. I don't expect Starbucks speed. It's a calm neighborhood where you're expected to slow down and relax, but they are taking advantage of their customers patience at this point. The food and drinks are good. Not worth the wait at all.

We went there to get coffee I ordered a scone that looked like it was molded. Coffee was good but I feel a bit sick after eating only a bit of the scone. My thought is that they may not sell too many of them and don’t throw them out. In any case, word of caution, don’t buy the scones. I don’t go there often, therefore this may be an isolated incident, nevertheless I thought I should say something.

There was hair in my meal which was a huge disappointment. I wonder if they're wearing safety gear like nets in the kitchen? They offered to make me a new one but I had lost my appetite. My friend liked her breakfast burrito. Nice location. Pretty pricey.

Pastries are good, but we ordered a Cortado, receive a flat white. Asked them to make it with less milk and got something on a small cup which tasted like milk and water

The iced mocha was pretty bland. All the chocolate/ flavor clumped at the bottom and it came out in chunky pieces that me mixing further didn't help

Lovely outdoor seating in Saratoga. Nice sunny day and quite busy for a mid morning on a Monday (: Tasty matcha latte and coffee. Didn't try the food but it looked pretty good!

Beautiful and cute indoor and outdoor seating, spacious outdoor area. Nice staff, good selection of breakfast, lunch and drinks. Free internet.Cons: only one bathroom (probably enough considering the size of the cafe, but adding outdoor seating too, it would be a problem!), the storage type of situation at the end of the store was not very pleasant
