Had a great experience, very difficult to find the entrance. Called the restaurant and she came outside to find us. Food was very nice and service was outstanding. Will go back.
It was a Thursday evening and only a few others were in the dining room so it was quieter than other times. But the food is exquisitely prepared; the service is paced very nicely; and the portions are perfect. I can eat everything and not feel overfull and uncomfortable. Every bite is to be savored. Each sauce is delicious-in fact we wished we had bread to sop it up. Highly recommend. I take every opportunity to come back.
Lovely and clean. Owner is very friendly.
Update:
The second time we came. We were served by a careless server. So minus one star.

Exquisite dining experience! Delicious, mouthwatering food prepared and served with great care. Quiet, low key environment in which to savor the latest creations by Chef Bradley Turley. We've been back more times than we can count.
Food was tasty, but everything was too salty. Would love a little adjustment down on nearly everything.
We had a very nice dinner and a nice time at Goga last night. The chef himself helped us order our food and we ended up having a very tasty and satisfying dinner as a result. My Crab Louie was delicious and my wife liked her steak a lot. Despite being very busy they catered to our specific needs.
Who needs a porterhouse! Chef Bradley Turley prepared a flavorful, thick-cut strip loin steak that looked and ate like a fork-tender filet mignon. The waygu most certainly helped too. ;-)
He accommodated my dietary restrictions with the same skill and thoughtfulness by creating dishes similar to my spouse's. I.e., he didn't just omit ingredients.
Frankly, we felt like we were dining at his home. Even on a busy night, he found time to greet us, offer us complementary soup (that btw was delicious), and elicit feedback. The server/hostess was quite charming and very attentive, but managed the front-of-the-house effortlessly.
We had a great experience on our wedding anniversary. We'll be back for brunch soon to try the Asian fusion dishes presumably influenced by his work with Chef Roy Yamaguchi.

Kid got allergy reaction even though mentioned food allergies to the waitress. Only one waitress to serve all tables, made so many mistakes on our food, we ended up not mentioning any more.

This is the second dinner at GOGA and both were delicious. On this a weekend we had a prefix dinner and each course was fresh, inventive, and full of favor. Minestrone soup, Caesar salad, fillet minion , plus dessert - yumm! The wine list was complementary to the dishes.
One of the best salmon eggs benedict ever!
Really good.
Had Loco Moco, Benedict, and fries.
Everything is pretty much perfect.

Chef Brad always does a great job. We enjoyed several items on the Sunday brunch menu, including avocado toast, loco moco, burger and seared tuna salad. Everything was excellent.
The course meal was outstanding! I can tell the chef really cares about his creations and your experience. The restaurant is hard to find, small sign at the alley entrance in back parking lot. If you can't locate, make sure to call.
