Love the server mansur who's almost always working solo on the floor. Pace is slow here so please come with patience. Chef chooses seasonal ingredients and my mom just loves his mashed potato that comes with all the entree. He adds a different twist everytime. My favorite is the rack of lamb medium rare. Pate is good. My mom always goes for the fish and so far her fav is tye fish cake. Just come here and sit by the windows for car/people watching it's nice too!
It was a pleasure to have Christmas Eve dinner at La Mere Michelle. We appreciated the warm, friendly, welcome when we arrived. The French Onion Soup was delicious, complete with a thick layer of cheese. The Chicken Tarragon entree was the best I've ever had with a Tarragon reduction that was divine. My family member ordered the Chicken Forestiere with wild mushroom cream, also delicious. Both entrees had plenty of sauce unlike some restaurants that only provide a few tablespoons,...

A beautiful place to celebrate a wedding anniversary or even a marriage proposal. A very quaint restaurant.
