Have had both good and bad experiences at this concert, but this last one makes me not want to come back.
The Fleetwood concert was pretty much ruined because there was so much talking (IE drunk shouting) behind us by one specific group (drunk white people in their 50/60's who've never been told no in their entire lives) and bothered multiple groups. When speaking to the staff, they advised us there was nothing they could do, eventually offered to reseat us but we bought the specific tickets that we wanted.
There should be a policy about enforcing speaking/drunk screaming/physical contact (they smacked me on the head with their hand) and it really sucked that Mountain Winery staff wouldn't do anything even though that group was irritating at least three other groups of people.
I have been to good concerts here before and don't mind the trek out here, however I really don't want to come back knowing that they don't make attempts to curb this behavior to happen when I spend 100+ a ticket, 30/40 on parking, 10 on a drink... you get the picture.

My absolute favorite venue in the bay area, the staff are always awesome not a bad seat in the place. Go early for shows and prepay for the combo with dinner.

The concert venue is great; everything else is mediocre and outrageously overpriced. Be aware of the bag policy and be prepared for a nightmare after a show to exit the venue. There's a bottleneck to exit the parking and it'll take ~1 hour for all the cars to exit. If you take an Uber, you'll need to wait until EVERY car leaves before they're allowed in. Good luck.

The venue for concert is definitely great, great view, great sound etc.
However the price for parking has become outrageous ($30), a glass of cheap wine in a plastic glass is $23, draft beer is $16. I think this is plain price gauging. In addition, the people at the main bar are so unfriendly, it's not even funny...
not to mention, the bag policy, OMG... Walked all the way through the parking lot and very close to the main entrance, to be told the crossover bag was too big.... Can you just have people at of the parking lot then?? It's actually a long way to walk, like for elderly people. This makes absolutely no sense! OR have a big sign then at the gate! This is borderline dumb, lol.
Oh and they take only Credit Card! Another big BS.
I also believe if they could charge for restrooms at this point they would, lol. (maybe next year, if we are lucky, lol)
My plan next time: take a Uber/Lyft from Saratoga, can't care less if more expensive and if I have to wait. And will enjoy a good glass of wine elsewhere ;-) This is how businesses lose money when they are not doing their part.....

Beautiful venue that provides a rather poor experience. Im amazed by the artists who play here, the views, and the feeling this venue provides. However, the experience is marred by inconsistend and odd security. There are 100 places to see the artists from, but if you accidentally see them you get yelled at. Just put up ropes or signs if im not allowed to do something; tldr the staff here is annoying.

Ridiculous when you pay a small fortune for parking and concert to be served such sub par service- did even have our alcohol and the food AGAIN was gross.. French fry were this venues choice because the sandwiches were the size of a dollar size pancake snd was $22.00!! Fry’s were so gross, again left under a heat lamp, precooked.. who doesn’t carry Yeager?? This place is so beautiful and can’t find a descent menus that covers a single persons wants.. who puts Lettus on flatbread pizza??
