Awful customer service over phone AND in person. I ordered a gluten free pizza for pickup through DoorDash. When I picked it up the employee told me that it was regular crust not gluten free because they didn't have gluten free crust. It was a brutal conversation because he was rude, mumbled, and was not able to communicate clearly on what was going on. Employee told me to cancel the order and walked away. I was in shock they didn't cancel the order once it was placed. I wasted my time on my lunch hour when that could have been avoided. Round table ended up canceling the order and I got my refund. So frustrating and very unprofessional with zero customer service. If he was nice about it I understand mistakes happen...

I order buffalo wings today, The wings were completely burnt, When i asked them why this burnt , the lady told that the chicken we serve here is always like this, it is not burnt. I ordered multiple times here the chicken use to be really good. This place spoiled round table

Just picked up a double play pepperoni pizza. Under cooked and barely any pepperoni. This has always been my favorite Round Table but my last 3 visits have been very disappointing. What happened? The pizzas used to be so full of toppings that I would share photos.

Great pizza. Family was visiting from New York City and we decided to get an extra large pizza, half King Arthur Supreme and half Gourmet Veg. We called ahead and picked it up. Best pizza in a long time. We loved it.

this is the worst costumer service ever. im waiting 2 hours for my pizza. the bathroom has piss all over it and it so dirty plus that broken a** sink.

Something is different here and the quality is not the same. Pizza had very little sauce and the crust it almost white. Not good at all.
I was there today to ordered a large pizza half combinations and half mushrooms, sausage and olives my bill was 32.25 give $40 and he got only 7.00 back change so I ask the employee why my change is shooed and anser me back they don't have change. This not very nice to scount your customer better to give more than you stealing change from ur customer . He did not even say sorry to me.I'm not happy with being shorted.Thank you

It's NOT ROUNDTABLE ! Roundtable is supposed to be delicious , sorry it wasn't :(. Asked for crispy crust even; and it still came chewy , doughy , maybe not enough sauce ? , as well. I don't know , I grew up with roundtable and it was always the best. If they would just follow the original owners protocol and ingredients ; it t would be excellent again.

The pizza came out burnt on the sides and the bottom of the pizza. Also expressly asked for only pepperoni and got both of pepperoni and linguica which I don't like so I had to pick it off the whole pizza. Not happy!
