Lack of customer service by barista. First drink missing an ingredient and second drink also needed fixing. Ask the barista but she just turned and went to the other side of the counter and never came back.

I walked into the store this morning with nobody in front of me and placed an order for one cappuccino plus some water & puppuccinos for our dogs as we’d just finished a hike. The pups treats came right away but the rest of the order took 10 minutes & two further enquires later. Seemed my order got buried in a barrage of mobile orders for people who were not yet there to pick them up.
