This cafe is a bit small. There is one section for ordering and the room next door is seating. Nothing special about the drinks, but the service was quick. I do wished they opened a bit later.

This is a tiny but cute cafe with great drinks. I tried a charcoal latte with honey, and it was fantastic, especially if you like sweet drinks like me. Street parking is free and easy nearby. I only wish there was more indoor seating. It gets much too crowded to find a table sometimes. But overall this is a lovely cafe and I do recommend trying it for the drinks, even if you can't find a spot to sit.

I appreciate any cafe these days that is a nice spot to do work at, since many don't have ample seating or wifi! Sue's Gallery cafe is spacious, has delicious drinks, and wifi! It's in a really nice spot that's quiet and not super busy, and there's some street parking nearby. I sat outside to do some work while the weather was nice, and it was a great experience. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but the vanilla latte and toast was delicious nonetheless.

Cute cafe! Has outdoor seating and some indoor seating in the pottery gallery. Peaceful place, I can see it as a good place to hang out or study. The earl gray milk jam for the toast is delicious! Hojicha latte was ok.

I went to this place with friends right after visiting Hakone garden. It's a quiet cafe with neat interior design. Perfect for studying and casual chats! I ordered their yuzu ice tea. It has the right amount of sweetness which I like.

Matcha latté with almond milk and honey -- perfection!! It's a gorgeous day, and perfect weather for the outdoor seating. I feel fancy!!

I used to get little jars of amazing Yuzu Marmalade here. I live hundreds of miles away and come here for that when the opportunity arises. They might now only serve it with their food rather than sell the jars but if you like bright citrus flavor give it a try.

What a cute spot for a cafe right on the edge of downtown Saratoga! Sue's is without a doubt my new favorite spot in South Bay to get work done and chat with friends with a cup of well balanced coffee in hand. The baristas were friendly and welcoming the moment we stepped foot in their shop and are excellent latte artists if I do say so myself.

Ahhh where do I even begin with this review? Sue's has become a mandatory stop for me whenever I'm in the Saratoga area preparing for a long hike. Here's why: DRINKS (we've ordered) - Matcha latte: Extra matcha, whole milk, and sub sweetener for honey. Iced or hot, the ratios have always been spot on. - Americano: iced and straight black - Hoijcha latte: So creamy, earthy. I love! Their mugs and bowls are always super cute! I love ceramics (we didn't choose dine in when we ordered our drinks since we were heading out to our hike) so I'll take more photos next time! PASTRIES - Butter croissant: this is no ordinary croissant, it's SO good. It has a hint of sweetness that I've never tasted else where. - Kouignamn: not my favorite but still tastes great! The exterior is harder than the butter croissant but the inside is soft. Tastes lovely! CUSTOMER SERVICE The workers are sweet, and there was even one worker that went above and beyond once! I asked if they could reheat my matcha since I have a bad habit of not drinking my drinks in a timely matter. They don't have the ability to reheat drinks so I was okay with that. A few moments later, one of the workers brought out a completely new drink. SO SWEET!!! AMBIANCE The cafe has a good amount of outdoor seats with a detached room with indoor seating and a bathroom. PARKING This could be a struggle since there is only street parking. We've never had an issue since we go very early.

Service is amazing and the coffee shop is in the heart of downtown Saratoga. Yes I'll be back. I got Cappuccino with soy while my wife got the Latte. As per street parking it is quite plentiful. For those who have kids like me don't park on top of the hill where there is a blind spot. Cars can drive up quickly and may not see you.

Delicious flat white in a beautiful ceramic mug, cheese cake is also above average.

Fun find in an unexpected place. Located on the outer edge of downtown Saratoga, Sue's is low key, clean, and a great location for morning sun. It's small, so I'm not sure how crowded it could get. I was there on a late weekday morning and found seating. The crew were very engaging, so I'll be back.
