Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food
And than the staff was rude and disrespectful

My experience at this particular store was AWESOME. The staff JULIANA & NATALIE on 12/31/25 @ 8:20;pm were VERY courteous, professional and patient with me.
I was disappointed I couldn't leave them a $$ tip so I want to acknowledge those two employees for going the extra mile.

NEVER GET FOOD FROM THIS OUTLET!! THEY ARE PLAYING WITH OUR LIVES! My daughters love wingstop. But this outlet is so bad that we found a metal/steel wire sticking on one of the chicken wings. This looks like a steel scrubber piece (photo attached). I am so so thankful to god that she was looking at her box while picking that piece up. Also it so easily was hidden under the shiny sauce. She generally looks at TV screen and eats and just like any kids their eyes are glued to the TV. I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened if she ingested it. And on top of this the phone number to this outlet doesn’t seem to work. Brilliant setup!

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Walked in on 9/27 at 10 pm ordered my food and in matter of minutes they called me up and not sure if all but so far the best wingstop I've done in at, fries were crispy hot when I opened my food.

Ordered a meal deal for my kids. $32 dollars for 20 wings and 2 small servings of ranch. The fries that were part of the meal were missing. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone doesn’t even ring, it’s just dead air. Hope the fries were worth the loss of a customer.
The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

Skip this place. The different flavors are just tossed in after the wings are baked in the oven. Dry, bad spices, and pricy. Might as well get your wings from Costco or even so pizza joints.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
