Just had another great meal with friends at the Sartaj, in the new location just next door to the old Sartaj. Today I ordered the gobi paratha and the spinach paratha: they were buttery excellent, savory and full of fresh cooked spinach. The cauliflower paratha was so good, remining me of my grandmother's kitchen. Rajiv and the rest of the Sartaj crew are very personable and expert. Best family Chai and Samosa joint. Really nice food and flavour. We had a group of 7 enjoying chicken, lamb, fish samosa, rice , naan , chickpea and every dish was a hit. Bring your appetite and enjoy some real indian cuisine here !! Nice and clean place and open atmosphere with a beautiful outside seating area. Was very happy about this choice
Delicious flavors, friendly service, inviting atmosphere. Special Nepali dishes and hospitality - their momos are fantastic. Thali, naan, desserts, mango lassi, all are great. Chai bar featuring almond milk option is also a unique delight. Extensive menu has us going back often.
