I haven't tried the rest of the menu yet but the Pho here outshines The Dinner on Ocean. It's delicious! The broth is rich. The noodles are great and the meat portions are satisfying. It's kind of blank inside but the place is always very clean. (It won't show the score I gave so here. Food: 5 star. Service: 5 star. Atmosphere: 4 star)

When we arrived, we noticed a handful of tables that needed TLC. Once we grabbed our menus and sat down, it took a good while for them to get the placemats and silverware out and just take our order. It seemed like they were really busy with online orders and didn't have enough people to handle the in-house orders. There was a lot of yelling, which made me jump a couple of times. This place serves excellent Chinese food. The general chicken crisp and tender, pot stickers, crisp edge and soft under, and chow mein wad flavorful and fun. They also serve very delightful milk tea! Our serve was kind, swift, and considerate! We had a wonderful evening.
