The menu items are like any other Starbucks. The service is unlike any other Starbucks location I have been to. Very friendly and understanding staff!! The way the location is decorated is nice. Good seating too.
800th review. There are three branches of Starbucks on the Mt. Hermon road and this is one of them. I like this branch better because all the people who work here are very sweet, just like my chai tea latte. Yes, I am one of those people that likes to drink their tea in the morning. Make sure you tip or they will take twice as long for your order. The employees chit chat and sometimes there will be a long line and there is no customer service. You have to ask for a drink holder when you have four plus drinks. The other Starbucks in Scott's valley is 10x better it's just a long drive
