I ordered an oat milk latte which despite saying it was oat milk was actually cows milk. I have severe lactose intolerance and have been up the last 4 hours vomiting and in awful pain. I get mistakes are made but this was not even a busy night and I really feel Starbucks needs to educate their staff that there are legitimate medical reasons some customers ask for dairy-free alternatives and come up with safety measures preventing this happening again. Being dairy-free is not a choice but an absolute necessity for many!

I love this spot! The staff is great. The music is spot on. There are lots of tables and it is always clean.

Understaffed. Always. Not the workers fault. Charge you almost $10 for a drink that you then wait 20+ mins for. So done with starbucks.

Make sure you tip or they will take twice as long for your order. The employees chit chat and sometimes there will be a long line and there is no customer service. You have to ask for a drink holder when you have four plus drinks. The other Starbucks in Scott's valley is 10x better it's just a long drive

The menu items are like any other Starbucks. The service is unlike any other Starbucks location I have been to. Very friendly and understanding staff!! The way the location is decorated is nice. Good seating too.

Worst of all time. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for one drink while the manager makes coffee for herself and sits in the back to let confused staff go down in flames. Fire the manager.

Slow service. Not friendly. Coffee not up to standards. No evidence they ever clean tables.

800th review. There are three branches of Starbucks on the Mt. Hermon road and this is one of them. I like this branch better because all the people who work here are very sweet, just like my chai tea latte. Yes, I am one of those people that likes to drink their tea in the morning. I really like this Starbucks because it has the best staff I ever met. Managed to drop them a small tip. The baristas who work here are very friendly. They are very patient and always greeting you with a smile. Like the people in the area they are locals as well and are very friendly to travelers who are taking a break. This Starbucks is so much bigger than every branch near my flat. I don't see why some people are having a hard time but this place is awesome. After you finish your breakfast they have some really neat places to shop. I would come here again.

This Starbucks is the WORST one I have ever been to. Every time I order from them my drinks taste terrible and they are never filled to the top.

They're nice folks, doing their best, but this is the slowest coffee place in town. Go to the Coffee Cat across the street for MUCH better food and drinks and like a quarter the wait time. I only come here when I have a gift card, and even then, I regret not going to one of the other three Starbucks in town.

I enjoy my visits to this sbux. Staff is laid back and I've never seen it very crowded. Drinks and food are always out really quickly.

4 stars because I can't really rate Starbucks a 5 star coffee establishment. BUT it's drive-thru, clean, and friendly staff. Also I feel the drinks are better made here than other Starbucks in town, for whatever that's worth at Starbucks...
