I used Lalita's Hanloh catering service for an event with 100 hungry cyclists & volunteers this past weekend and it was a hit!! We enjoyed flavorful Thai iced tea, which Lalita was so generous to bring both Almond milk & Half/Half for those who didn't drink dairy. Everyone demolished the vegetarian spring rolls, which were cut to smaller pieces so that more people could try it. We visited the Hanloh Thai pop up for the first time at Shanty Shack last year. We were really impressed with Lalita's food. Everything was so fresh and the staff was super friendly. The portions were huge! When we were looking for a Thai cooking class recently we asked Lalita and luckily for us, she said yes!
