This Jack in the box is just okay, they're very slow, the two occasions I visited in the last 4 days were mediocre at best. Waited in a short line of one car on one occasion and two cars on the next occasion in front of me an extraordinarily long period of time. I finally made it up to the ordering board, the cashier came on and said please hold I'll be with you. After 3 to 5 minutes she finally came back on took the order. This location is always understaffed and seems like 2 people running around with their hair in fire. Drive thru always takes a long time, and fried items are hit and miss with sometimes being very overcooked. However, they do seem to try, and the staff is friendly.
