This is a nice Starbucks, and they do a good job of balancing their service between walk-in, drive-through and online orders. The only downside: it's one of the stores with lots of cement and glass surfaces that reflect sound, making it hard to have a conversation.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I come here often when I come into Scotts Valley to work. They are always so friendly and kind at this location. I love that they gave us samples the day that I came today. They had samples of cookies and the new pumpkin spice cold brew.The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. It's nestled in a gorgeous area in Scotts Valley.Of course I will continue to come here again and again. Thank you Scotts Valley Starbucks crew.
