Food is good. My wife just wanted one Enchilada..they made it for her. Only complaint for us was they wedge open the two entrance doors..but it was cold that day..the ocean breeze was too cold for us. It was Memorial Day afternoon. No crowds in the parking lot. Easy to park and eat comfortably.

Good little restaurant, the service was great. This was my first visit to one of their locations and I enjoyed it. The beans were good, the rice was…rice. The guacamole was very good, the shrimp tacos were excellent!

We really love the food at Baja Fresh, no matter which location you go to, the food is exactly the same--same size, same ingredients, cooked the same, & especially, tastes the same with the same quality & attention to making it. The locations are always clean & the employees are always friendly, helpful, kind & patient. So, Baja Fresh restaurants are all very consistent which is one of the reasons that we like them so much. We haven't been to Baja Fresh for awhile because there isn't one near our home in North Long Beach, but we always make a point to eat at store 30640 on Seal Beach Blvd. when we are passing that location or have business in that area. Like I said, we always count on good, fresh, tasty, food assembled & cooked the same & at the same price. We went to eat there on 10/11/24, my Partners birthday & ordered our usual items. Well, I must say that when we got our meals & tasted them, they just didn't taste right, or the same as it always had. Don't misunderstand me, the food was still fresh, good & tasty, but not like it used to. Although we could be wrong, we determined that the ingredients seemed to be a slightly lower quality than previously used, that they weren't 'top of the line' as they used to have. Our food overall lost it's 'spark' that we loved so much. We'll try eating there again to check if the issue was a one time situation, but, if we find that the negative change is permanent, we will cut back on the visits that we do make & find a replacement restaurant instead. I hate change like this kind. Especially because it appears quality was sacrificed to save a few $$$, but it greatly affected the flavor of the food too. Saving a few $$$ can sometimes lead to losing a few more $$$$ somewhere else (customers not liking the food as much & not going there with their $$$$ to eat.) were hoping though, it was just a 'fluke' & the next time we visit, everything will be back to normal.
Dietary restrictions: I don't eat spicy food & always request no hot sauce in my food, but it usually tastes good & doesn't need it iny opinion.
Parking: The lot is busy, but there are plenty of spaces, although you may not get a parking spot right up front close to the store. Don't worry though, its only a short walk from the car to restaurant in any case.

I wish there were more of these around. Love the food! Service is always quick, very professional knowledgable and courteous. I had a chicken tostada salad and my husband had two burritos (1was the steak diablo and the other was just the steak), both were huge! He's a big guy, but for him to only finish one, that's saying a lot. I wish they would open one closer to us in Orange County, but until then, we'll continue to come here. Keep up the good work and keep giving us great food!
