I usually don't give 5 stars, but one employee deserves kudos for her above and beyond actions. We ate there around 1PM and the cashier was able to accommodate a kids meal (even though they don't list it anymore) for my wife. That was one step. The staff was very polite at this precise locationI was very impressed, the manager is very kind. The location is very smooth running and rapid food turnout time.Also very delicious food, great seasoning. Almost forget you are at a chain restaurant.Very fresh meat and rice. This was also my first time trying Pickupsticks !Will be back to this location as I saved it as one of my favorites.Fire starts for sure

This is my mom's and my son's favorite restaurant. Until my mom moved to SoCal, she hadn't had Pick Up Stix. Now she keeps finding new favorite meals. My son is fairly picky, but loves the House Chicken. We all enjoy the friendly service and super clean facilities.
