Horrible customer service! We have been wanting to try it and were in the area today… cashier was friendly and polite, but when we got home we were given the wrong order. They handed us our bag, we asked if it was the bento box, and were told it was, but it wasn’t. Honest mistake. I called to see if I could come back tomorrow to get it replaced, at first the cashier said yes, just give him my name.
