We stumbled upon this fantastic bistro by chance after unsuccessfully trying to get a table at a restaurant in the Marina—and we’re so glad we did! Who would have expected to find such an authentic French bistro in Seal Beach of all places?

The food was excellent. We sampled several appetizers, and each one was full of flavor and unmistakably French. They also offer a few Italian options, adding variety without losing their French essence. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the service was warm and attentive throughout.

The restaurant itself is discreet and relatively quiet, with a modest, unassuming atmosphere. But don’t let that fool you—this place delivers the real deal when it comes to French cuisine, which is rare to find. A true hidden gem!

Our go to spot in Seal Beach for good food, service, and atmosphere. Never disappointed, whatever we choose, but particular faves are the Ribeye plate and beef bourguignon, plus sides of brussel sprouts, baguette and tapenade. Waiter recommended wines are always spot on. Love the attached market too.

We have eaten at this restaurant multiple times. The food is moderately above average. We called for reservations several days ago left a voicemail. Never heard back. Called again today, still didn't hear back. Called tonight, amazingly they don't bother listen to voicemails to make reservations. They Didn't care and would not accommodate us. Not bothering going back. Really disappointing.
