I didn’t realize it could get this bad, expensive burgers and charging for even the smallest condiments. It really a shame. I would look elsewhere for lunch options, because this is no longer worth it.

I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Monster biscuit combo. They gave me a Sausage biscuit and soggy under done hash brown nuggets. When I complained, they didn’t apologize, and acted as though it was my fault. This is the fourth time they got this order wrong and gave me a sausage biscuit instead. On another occasion I asked for grilled onions, on my cheeseburger, and they gave me raw onions. I get attitude from them every time. On yet another occasion, they served my breakfast with a hair in my food. Lazy, stupid and careless. I was the only person in line, so it wasn’t like they were busy. They had one order, with no one in line, in the drive thru or inside counter and still couldn’t get it right. They had one job, one person to serve, and they gave me what they wanted, not what I asked for. I’m never going back, but I wish they would go back to whatever rock they crawled out of. Wow just wow!!!!

The manager here was soooo gracious to a homeless person. Wow, what an amazing human being he is! And another morning I came by before the doors were open and saw him so hospitable to someone - even offering them coffee. The manager should get a hospitality/humanitarian award. Of course my burger was fine too.
