Carl's Jr. has become a disappointment. Their employees seldom seem to care about customers, and their prices are going way up. We tried the new Chili Burger. It has an ortega chili, which sounded awesome. It was just okay. We didn't care for the sauce that they put on it. I would rather put an ortega chili on a regular burger.

The manager here was soooo gracious to a homeless person. Wow, what an amazing human being he is! And another morning I came by before the doors were open and saw him so hospitable to someone - even offering them coffee. The manager should get a hospitality/humanitarian award. Of course my burger was fine too.
