Fresh of a flight and enroute to visit friends in the area I needed a pick me up and QUICK. This is my regular Starbucks, I come here 3-4 times a week. I love the layout, the drive thru is very fast, my drink is always delicious and the employees are so sweet. Last week I went inside to use some of my stars on merch and a lady was screaming though the drive thru window. These workers have to put up with so much, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, one of my favorite baristas was taking the brunt of this woman's psychotic behavior. Someone should give Ella a raise.

It's a Starbucks, you know what you're getting. But this one always has friendly staff. I was being indecisive with my order and the cashier, Ella, took the time to share the differences between my options. She was kind and friendly, would 100% go out of my way to come back to this location because of the customer service.
