Caramel Frappuccino extra extra extra extra caramel. When I told the Barista that my order was incorrect that I wanted extra extra caramel * 4 and I let him know politely that I don't go to Starbucks often and he was like oh the pumps and I was like well the caramel and he's like well that would be 16 times and I was like whatever I want extra caramel LOL He did 16 pumps of the caramel flavor ? Not the same at all. I normally have a big pile of caramel sitting at the bottom of my drink, that's why I go to Starbucks. I'm in it for the caramel. I expressed to him there must have been some confusion it was odd because he didn't offer to correct my drink but there was confusion with the gal before me and he let her not only keep her drink and offered to corrected it. Sooo just saying I don't know what that was about. I don't like to give poor reviews, but this is the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks, and I'm not sure that I would go again. I was as polite as I could be without saying hey can you fix my drink that's completely wrong LOL but that's not what happened so hopefully Starbucks can take this information and utilize it to correct any errors that are made. For all customers, not just specific ones.

Breakfast burrito is awful. No flavor. Bacon was nothing but chewy fat and there was one piece of sausage in it. Don't ever order this . Customer service was great.L

Not a bad place to chill and work on something while enjoying a cup of latte and deserts.
Waited over 15mins for a cold expresso and the best they can do is add hot water. Ridiculous

I'm pretty sure the egg is supposed to be on the inside of the sandwich. My Matcha latte is also not mixed. This location is not reliable, employees really have been dgaf-ing here lately. No bueno

The staff was immensely friendly; felt really welcomed and they had my drink finished within a couple minutes. I highly recommend this location.

It's a Starbucks, you know what you're getting. But this one always has friendly staff. I was being indecisive with my order and the cashier, Ella, took the time to share the differences between my options. She was kind and friendly, would 100% go out of my way to come back to this location because of the customer service.
