Customer service is one of my biggest things Ive been working it for about 16yrs and I expect that others working in customer service would do nothing but give out the best .. This Chipotle is one of my faves. Foods always fresh. Staff always helpful... So much so that I learned that this particular location has "Medical Monday" and "Teacher Tuesday"... Medical Monday gives ANY MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL (any genre of medical type people) a buy one get one deal. ALL DAY. Teacher Tuesday is the same deal, but for teachers. I guess I know where I am eating in Mondays!!!!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers great food and service, with rows of tables and chairs. The food is always great and good. Depending on the time of day, the restaurant can have full long lines and get busy. Customers notice the trash is usually full and tables are not kept up with, needing to be cleaned and sanitized. The food service staff need to keep up with the cleaning as the hot food pans look like a disaster and trash bins are overly full. Some employees are skimpy with the proteins and give very little meat, even on a kids plate with chicken. Overall, it is a good place for lunch but has room for improvement.
