The ice cream/sorbet was great, but the customer service was not. We visited today and the lady with the red hair was completely uninterested in helping. I don’t understand when employees don’t like customers getting samples. There are so many options, it can be hard to choose and that is where samples are helpful. We only had a few and the woman was visibly annoyed and not wanting to help. Not friendly at all.

After walking around and on the pier, we stopped for some ice cream. The young lady working here was so patient, friendly and attentive to our dietary restrictions. She mixed our added toppings and’s gave us delicious ice cream. She even walked over to our family member with disabilities and gave her the ice cream directly. The employee didn’t dismiss or ignore our family member, which makes a huge impact to our entire family. It was a beautiful moment. The only bad part was...

Workers are lovely, always make my day better! Ice cream is a little pricey but delicious. My main concern is that the woman behind the counter, who I assume is the manager, was being really rude to her employees.
