EggBred is a clean, new, and busy restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The food is so good, with humongous and shareable portions. The menu features the Truffle Crunch Burger and the truffle burger, both with flavorful patties. For breakfast, the Scramble Me Softly has super soft scrambled eggs with caramelized onions. The plain Jane egg sandwich is excellent, as is the Benny on the Rocks, which is very heavy and satisfying. The Ben Franklin sandwich offers a perfect, lighter amount with arugula. The Ribeye California Burrito comes with super tender ribeye and plenty of avocado. The Chorizo Chili Cheese Hash is delish. The chicken toasty is grilled to perfection. Sides are a must, including addictive green salsa, beer batter fries, and potatoes. For something sweet, the cheesecake waffles with berry compote and the mixed berry waffle are perfectly sweet. Service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere includes worship music. It is a highly recommended place to try and return to with friends.
