This is my second visit and like the first, I waited nearly a half hour for a single breakfast sandwich - that’s longer than I would’ve waited at a sit-down/server type place. The food is good, but not THAT good. I liked the idea of a breakfast sandwich place when I first learned of it but frankly, I don’t think the business model is working the way they imagined.
UPDATE: I noticed some of the other locations have reviews that specifically mention “quick” for speed of service, so this may be a staffing issue for the SB location.

Soft, buttery buns filled with egg, steak, and cheese, topped with chimichurri, which was definitely the star of the show. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
The cheesecake waffles with berry compote totally lived up to the hype. Even though it was pretty busy when I visited, the food came out surprisingly fast. The staff was friendly and clearly hustling. I was really impressed by how smoothly the team worked together!

Had breakfast at Eggbred Co. today and we were honestly blown away. The menu has a huge variety of egg dishes, and everything we tried was incredibly well seasoned and full of flavor. These are not your typical breakfast sandwiches or wraps, the ingredient combinations feel thoughtful and elevated, and you can really taste the different flavours.
We ordered the Popcorn Chicken with Beer Battered Potatoes, which were perfectly crispy and super addicting.
The Ribeye Steak and Eggs Lunch Sandwich was a standout. It had Ribeye asada, sharp cheddar, an over medium egg, lemon dressed arugula, caramelized onions, roasted pepper chimichurri, and smoked paprika spread, all on a toasted Japanese milk bun. So good!
The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burrito was just as solid. It was loaded with soft scrambled eggs, beer battered potatoes, cheddar jack cheese, smoked paprika spread, and buttermilk fried chicken, and served with fresh salsa verde.
We also grabbed an iced cold brew and some juice to round everything out.
Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. We went to the Seal Beach location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes, but I honestly think it’s well worth it if you want made to order fresh food. Definitely a spot we would come back to!

This place just opened in my area and I tried it out for the first time. The chili burrito with ribeye was so good. The meat chunks and the chili were so good fresh. But the best thing hands down was the salsa. Both green and red were great. Sad they didn’t have a full capacinno machine thiugh. They have coffee but it’s not the same as Starbucks or something

Honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had — the fluffy eggs, the soft bread, proteij options, fresh ingredients, locally sourced. I’m still swooning over the breakfast sandwiches. Also tried the California burrito and I want it again!! loaded with avocado, eggs and protein. There is also a berry cheesecake waffle for a sweet breakfast and it was still crispy on the outside while being drenched in berry cheesecake toppings — they perfected the loaded waffle. Super popular spot with many people in and out, and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and productive! love this location and parking is at a commercial shopping center

Been here a few times with same results. Wait times are just too long. We were here when it was busy & when there were only 2 tables, already served, and the wait time was 20 minutes for 2 items both times. That's just too long for this type of food. The food itself is decent. Not nearly as good as Egg Slut. The bacon is too flabby and the sandwiches overall are a little too greasy. The sausage they use is decent though. The cost for 2 sandwiches & 2 drinks was $36. Sorry but that's insane for what you get. The people working here are super nice and helpful. We probably won't come here very often.

The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Wait times are very long—even when there are few or no customers, it can take 20+ minutes. When it’s crowded, the wait is excessive. More staff is definitely needed. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re on a short lunch break.
Egg Bred hosted our team Christmas party. From the first interaction, Carlton, the manager was professional and helpful. They set up the tables for us and had our section reserved and ready for the party. The food is delicious! We liked the cheeseburger toastie and the egg/bacon sandwich. The kids enjoyed the avocado toast and breakfast burritos. The food came out quick. Parking was easy. Thank you, Egg Bred Seal Beach for making our experience so much fun.

Excellent food, great service. The Nashville Hottie sandwich is by far the Best fried chicken sandwich I've had, bar none. It's Large, Filling, and Tasty. It makes chicken sandwiches from chains like Popeyes, and even Chick-Fila look puny and pathetic in comparison. To give you an idea, just one of these chicken sandwiches is enough to be a meal without fries or any side items, it is literally twice the size of most other places chicken sandwiches. The staff here were very accommodating and super friendly, and they have fresh house made sauce and salsa too, that goes great with pretty much everything they serve here. The Chorizo and Egg sandwich and the Truffle Crunch burger was no slouch either. The only dampener was the food took some time to come out, like 15 mins or so, but for the quality it is totally worth it. A+

Fantastic fantastic breakfast sandwhich!!!! New favorite for sure. It's the perfect size and not greasy at all despite the ingredients. Already planning to go back to try the lunch options.
