Jersey Mike's Subs

first off I ordered a gluten free #9 and when I got home I ate it right away and low and behold I was sick for 2 days. It was the same reaction as when I eat gluten. Yup, messed up the order. When my wife ate her's she stated that it tasted different. No thoughts at that time but later we checked the package and they were correctly identified. Apparently the GF written on the package was on mine but was really a regular sandwich which I ate and got sick. My suggestion is for the people behind the counter should be trained as the value of understanding of possible contamination and what it can do to people with Celiac disease.

I have frequented this location 4 times in the past month, and it was solid the first 3 visits. However, today was absolutely awful. The turkey and roast beef were both slimey and had fowl odors. After tasting both proteins, I threw out all the meat and ate overpriced bread sandwiches. I believe this location is under new ownership with a different franchisee. If I'm correct, the new owner only cares about one thing ($$$), and couldn't care less about the health, welfare and satisfaction of its customer base.These meats were clearly spoiled on two of my subs, and if that's how you are going to operate your business, good luck during bankruptcy. Remember, there is a Santa Fe Importers two doors down, and although that restaurant is not on the same level as their original Long Beach location, they both blow you out of the water. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
UPDATE: The owners took care of me, and I just thoroughly enjoyed a couple of delicious cheese-steak subs. Thank you Rick & Lesley!!! You have absolutely retained my future business...

They acknowledged me when I walked in. Which is rare these days. That says a lot about training. Store was very clean. All different types of sandwiches. All good. I will be coming back soon.

also subs in bowl. I can see how is the process to make a sandwich in a couple of minutes. My favorite sub is # 2 regular size with the rosemary Parmesan bread 🥖

Pretty bad. Ordered a gf veggie with Avocado they made it in the back so I wasn't able to see. Got home and it was almost all bread. It was awful and I has to pay $2.50 for gluten free bread. It was an over priced gross sandwich. I'm so disappointed I wasted money.

I am beyond fedup with NEVER GETTING A CORRECT ORDER! I do not understand. Not everyone can drop everything just to go back for a correctly made sandwich.
It started fantastic but went major downhill before COVID......still have not gone upward to even decent, still AWEFUL!!!!

Every other jersey mike's is way better than this one.

Vegetarian options: very little vegetarian options and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU LETTUCE AND ONION ON YOUR VEG. SAND.

SO WRONG!!!!! IT IS THE MAIN INGREDIENTS.

My family goes to jersey mikes almost once a week and I’ve noticed this specific location always has smaller sandwich sizes and waaaaay less meat than the others nearby. The one in Belmont shore near 2nd and Trader Joe’s, for example, has double the meat compared to pics from rossmore. I hate to complain, but this one in rossmore seems like they’re seriously trying to save money.

Jersey Mike's in Seal Beach serves up the best subs in town! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a wide variety of options. Can't get enough of their delicious sandwiches. ???

The employees are always friendly and are quick to get your order.
