Stopped by Peet’s Coffee, 12203 Seal Beach Blvd with my colleague Theresa from Keller Williams Coastal Properties, and we had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the shop was clean, and the vibe was perfect for a quick meet-up between appointments. Terrific Peets cafe. Amazing crew here, with cool, calm interest, and superlative flow. Coffee is classic Peet's excellence. Great experience - indoor is cool and coffee; outdoor is super pleasant with water fountain and sunny patio. Thank you!

I came here on April 4th, the guy at the register was super nice and helpful but the woman with dark hair and green pants who appeared to be the manager was not that nice. If you don't like working with people don't do this job. Other than her, the coffee and pastry was very good.
