All the staff members remember both my name and my usual order, which is a nice personal touch. I'm a fan of the Blonde Roast, and thankfully, this location consistently has it in stock, unlike others nearby. I wish I got the nice ladies name. She was great. It was at the Starbucks located in the ralphs. She made me a brown sugar shaken expresso. It It amazing. I was going to add cold foam because I love it and she suggested I try it without. I usually always get the same order but this location didn't have what I regularly get.Anyways She was great.
