This Baskin Robbins is hit or miss. The workers never seem to care. The ice cream scoops & toppings vary from worker to worker. The last time we visited it was 3 of us. First worker seemed like a beginner as she was looking at menu when we ordered but at least she was trying. The young girl also working asked to help us but when she found out we were same party (even though no one else was there) said the other worker would help us as she proceeded to just stand there. She could've gotten us out faster if she wanted to to. When her friend came in she helped him and gave him bigger scoops and friendlier service. We avoid coming to this BR because of this fact.

I haven't been into a Baskin-Robbins in a long time. We have them near us where I live, but for some reason I haven't been in years. So we tried this Baskin-Robbins. We stopped in there in June, 2023.First off, it isn't the easiest place to park. There are not many spots in front of the store. You can park on the street, being on the side of the store, but they are also limited. We were fortunate and we got a spot on the street.The store itself wasn't filthy. But it wasn't the cleanest either. But to be fair, they may be busy a lot of the time and may not be able to keep up. I don't know. The ice cream was okay. It honestly wasn't the best ice cream I've ever had, but it wasn't bad either. And like pizza, there's pretty no such thing as bad pizza, or in this case, ice cream.I do not think the ice cream we had was worth the price. It was well over $10 for just a couple of cones with a couple of scoops each. I feel that is just too much money for what seems like supermarket ice cream. And a half gallon in the supermarket is substantially less money.The best thing about our visit besides actually having an ice cream, was the employee who served it. She was a delightful young lady who was friendly and professional. She represented this Baskin-Robbins in a way that they should be proud of.I gave this store three stars because it had a lot of short comings. Other than the parking, there is room for improvement.

Had plenty of ice cream out weren't putting anything away yet just finished serving a bunch of customers turn to me my wife and daughter away for ice cream when they weren't even closed had no sign saying for no ice cream

AFAIC, Seaside no longer has a Baskin Robbins store. From now on, I'll be going to either the BR in Monterey or any of the three other ice cream places within a mile or two who actually HAVE ICE CREAM and also provide competent service. The waits in line are always long. The service when you are next is slow and completely disinterested, throughout COVID. I've been putting up with it for a year and a half. But the capper for me? They have told me they 'have no' chocolate chip ice cream, FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT. Very, very difficult to believe there is none in the back for *2 weeks.*. The girls being too lazy to get it or ask for help to get it - THAT I believe. There are soooo many choices for ice cream between Marina, Seaside and Monterey that there's no reason for me to come here ever again. They might as well close up, because every.single.local.competitor does it better, faster and more cheerfully.

Missing so much toppings yet they still charge too much...Cashier skinny light skin guy is lack of experience scooping ice cream...gave a little scoop probly tired of scooping ice cream.
So much fun! Great for little kids and adults! Great food service. Rental shoes in many different sizes. Little area for arcade games. Great Overall. Acceptable prices.

The customer service was awesome and the store was very cclean, but they definitely push the subway side of their business more than ice cream... they were out of many flavors and the ones they had all contained nuts.and out of toppings like hot fudge. There are many other fantastic places on the peninsula for ice cream. Here isn't it.

You can never go wrong with Baskin Robbins! Absolute favorites are their Gold Medal Ribbon and classic Cookie Dough. Plus, this spot’s got a Subway attached to it, so you can eat “healthy” and then splurge on your favorite ice cream ?
