Excellent food with a nice ambiance. I'm from Los Angeles so I KNOW real Mexican food. Like, actually authentic ok...Anyway, I'm here to tell you this place is really good and authentic, like they claim. They got horchata, coffee (very important to me), and a variety of other drinks. This is one of the top 5 places for quick Mexican food in the Monterey area, and that is a compliment because there are many to choose from. Most nights, it is quite busy bit they always get the food out fast and it is always delicious.

First time trying out Cazuelas and they have found a life long customer in me! To start off, complimentary chips and salsa! Places like this just don't exist anymore. My order was ready within less than 5 minutes of ordering. They have agua frescas!
