As soon as I came in, I was seated by a host that was very personable and friendly enough. Eventually, the server came over and took my drink order. Buffalo wild wings is a great spot to watch a game with your friends. The ambiance is amazing and the staff is typically very attentive. Unfortunately, I had the worst nacho experience in my entire life here. For some reason there didn't seem to be any cheese nacho cheese or actual cheese on my nachos and instead a suspicious looking green liquid. I love their wings, but I'm not a Drinker so I do the pickup order. The most recent 2 times have not gone well. The first time, they forgot the fries we had ordered. This most recent time, the app delayed the pickup time over and over for about 2 hours, so I eventually just went in and it was already ready and had gotten cold. I like their food, but their service and communication with the app needs some work.
