Decent food for the cost. Service was pretty good. It’s BWW so we are not expecting high end dining. It works for what it is. The wings were tasty.

I love their wings, but I'm not a Drinker so I do the pickup order. The most recent 2 times have not gone well. The first time, they forgot the fries we had ordered. This most recent time, the app delayed the pickup time over and over for about 2 hours, so I eventually just went in and it was already ready and had gotten cold. I like their food, but their service and communication with the app needs some work.

Watched the Chiefs win the AFC championship here while on vacation in CA. The staff and management were great. The place was clean, the food was good and the TVs are awesome.
As soon as I came in, I was seated by a host that was very personable and friendly enough. Eventually, the server came over and took my drink order. I ordered traditional chicken wings with barbecue sauce. In addition to cheese curds. I had to repeat it two or three times because he tried to place the order in his iPad.One of the staff tried to serve me french fries, that I didn’t order. When My chicken, wings and curry came. I noticed that the wings were way overcooked and there was just a small drizzle of barbecue sauce on them. Couple of the wings were so overcooked I couldn’t eat the whole thing. if you’re coming in here to watch sporting events, they got it covered because there must be 25 TVs mounted on the wall visible from everywhere in the room.

Worst place ever. I went to go pick up my food and I it was going well but then I checked and they gave me the wrong order and when I went back they gave me the right order but forgot the fries plus the service was so poor and the girl attending me was on her phone while working and she was also very rude about and was doing absolutely nothing when there were people waiting to be helped.
Closed on Christmas. When I was here a few weeks ago the jerk wings were good, the beer was cold, and the service was fast. Also, they played the sound for MNF.

Careful when you order the 10 wings, that are supposed to come with fresh vegetables and fries. They forgot our fries on two orders.

Service was garbage. The server asked if I wanted ranch or bleu cheese, I asked for bleu cheese, she brought me ranch then disappeared. The restaurant was empty and when she finally came back to check on us from wherever she had disappeared to (my husband had almost finished his meal by then) I told her my sauce was wrong and she told me that she didn't hear me say what I wanted... Why did she even bother to ask if she wasn't going to listen to my answer?! My wings were cold by the time she got the correct sauce to our table. It was happy hour and she charged us full price for our side of fries.
